At Snoozy, we are committed to providing a simple, flexible, and transparent shopping experience.
Some products in our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options.
This policy explains the conditions under which you can modify or cancel these types of orders.
🔁 Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a Snoozy plan, you’ll automatically receive recurring deliveries according to the duration and frequency you selected.
Your payment information is securely stored, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery, unless you have chosen to pay upfront.
Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew, you can cancel anytime before the next billing date.

⏳ Pre-orders
Pre-orders apply to products that are currently out of stock or soon to be released.
When you place a pre-order, a partial deposit or no charge may be made at checkout.
The total amount (or remaining balance) will be charged once the product is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been shipped to receive a full refund.
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you may request a partial or full refund according to our return policy.
🧴 Try Before You Buy
Some Snoozy products may be available under a “Try Before You Buy” option, allowing you to test them before committing.
Your payment method will be authorized (but not charged) before your order is shipped.
You’ll have a trial period (specified at checkout) to decide whether to keep or return the product.
If you decide to keep the product after the trial period, the full amount will be automatically charged to your payment method.
