If you are not fully satisfied with your Snoozy product, we offer an unconditional 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be new and unused, with all original labels and packaging intact to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund.

  • A proof of purchase is required.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.

Items must arrive at our U.S. warehouse within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date provided by the carrier.

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the delivery cost will be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that could not be delivered are not eligible for refunds.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once handed to the carrier.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method within a few business days, minus any non-refundable fees.

Express shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.

Customer Change of Mind

If you wish to return an item due to an order mistake, change of mind, or exchange request, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Upon Delivery

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@snoozyplanet.com,
including your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We are committed to resolving the issue promptly by arranging a replacement.
Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be canceled and fully refunded.
Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

For delivered items that are unwanted, a full refund is available for new and unused products returned within 30 days.
